Terrys Of York Chocolate Factory

Grantside Development’s bold plan to redevelop the former world famous chocolate factory in York into a residential-led mixed use development required Prospect Archaeology to undertake a large programme of building recording and archaeological investigation. This has lead to the formation of a Heritage Management Plan (HMP) submitted as part of the planning application. An HMP is a document detailing the management of multiple heritage assets on a single site and is encouraged and approved by English Heritage.

Other Mixed Use and Retail Developers that we’ve worked with include: ING Real Estate, Helios Properties, Sainsburys, Asda, Co-operative, Centreland Developments, Centros Miller, Evans Property Group, Lindum Group, Metnor Property Group, Pure Urban, Vector Investment Management, Reland Properties Ltd and Thornfield Properties
